yesterday, i smoked one and a half pack of Marlboro reds. i had 30 nicotine fixes in less than a 24 hour period… (i just realized this after buying another pack of 10’s this morning)

an officemate will help me start quitting, she’s quitting too. will do it gradually (as i am heavily addicted and may not survive cold turkey)…
